The wind blew by day, the scene drifted west, nine years passed, I have been in the faith of the big family for a long time。Recalling the spring when I just stepped into the campus, the grass was flourishing, the grass was long and the nightingalers were flying, my mood was so perturbed and expectant。At that time, with a heart of awe, I began to recruit students。I used to think that enrollment was just a busy few days during the college entrance examination, but I soon found that it was actually a year-round job, with both pressure and challenges。But pressure breeds motivation, and in the face of a new field, I quickly adjusted my mindset and got to know all aspects of the school。In less than half a year, I got familiar with the overall situation of the school, the enrollment policy and enrollment plan over the years, and gradually became an expert at work。

In the school days, I adhere to the original intention of a teacher and the responsibility of a party member, lead by example, and practice teacher ethics with practical actions。I treat my students like family, devote myself to my work, and give everything for their future。During the recruitment campaign, the telephone ringing became our most beautiful symphony。My colleagues and I often take the consultation phone with us when we eat and sleep, for fear of missing any candidate's consultation。We understand the anxiety of test takers and parents, and always answer their questions patiently and carefully。When the college entrance examination is accepted, we are even racing against time。Day and night have no boundaries for us, and the hours and minutes are just the scale of work。When we meet candidates who need to withdraw, we always communicate patiently, explain the policy, and hope to light the road for them in the future。

In the face of the rapid development of enrollment work, I know that only by continuous learning can I keep up with the pace of The Times。I had the honor to participate in this year's national training program, which is also the first time for me to participate in such training since I entered the school。I am looking forward to taking this opportunity to broaden my horizons and broaden my knowledge while doing my job well。This training really made me renew my ideas, increase my knowledge and broaden my horizon。In particular, the report "Professional Catalog and Professional Teaching standards Development" gave me a new understanding。As I am responsible for the preparation and submission of the school's enrollment plan, I often need to deal with the professional code, which often changes, and it is difficult to master its change rules。In the past, I used to confirm the professional code of that year with that of last year and that of the undergraduate school。However, after listening to this report, I have a deep understanding of the principle of professional catalog adjustment: that is, an overhaul is carried out in five years, dynamic adjustment is carried out every year, and the adjustment work is led by higher vocational colleges and extended to secondary vocational and vocational undergraduate。This means that the professional code is adjusted approximately every five years, and the professional code for secondary vocational and vocational undergraduate is aligned with that for higher vocational。In addition, I have learned that each part of the six digits of professional code has its own specific meaning。The mastery of this knowledge makes me more handy in handling my work。I deeply realized that whether we are conducting academic research, discussing topics or dealing with daily affairs, we all need to conduct in-depth research and thorough understanding of relevant policies issued by the state。Only by constantly studying business knowledge and improving their comprehensive quality can they become excellent recruitment staff。

There is still a long way to go, and I will continue to work hard to light up the road for more students in the future。(Photo/Li Min, Review/Zhao Yuxuan, Wu Hao, Yu Yongjia)
